The Armory is a catalog of all of the items that can be acquired throughout Ivalice. Any good warrior should know what is available to them and what they can afford. However, some items cannot be purchased at shops and must either be stolen from your enemy, or found deep in the dungeons hidden around Ivalice. Keep in mind that should you wish to resell an item, a service fee will be charged equal to half the value of the item being sold. Good shopping everyone.
